Today we’re speaking about how a 17 year old girl’s interest in property turned into becoming a private money lender in her 40’s This is far from a straight story, her story starts with teenage interest in property but didn’t begin investing until her mid 30’s Then buying 4 properties in the space of 15 months while finding out she was pregnant, only to go through a separation and halve the portfolio.

Most would be down and out at that stage or simply sell of everything and try to hold a bit of cash, but not our guest. We’re speaking with Jen Mole about her story of how a mixture of work ethic, and resilience have now have this mother of one living in a single income household in the position to be a money partner on everything from renovation projects to large land divisions.

If you have someone in your life that you know is just capable of so much more, send them this episode. I know I’ll be sending it to my sister, she’s way smarter than I am but we both have very different outlooks on creating happiness. Listening to Jen’s story really reinstated that feeling of how much success and happiness is a choice, no matter your situation. As you’re about to find out!
