Tax… We might hate paying it but without any tax a lot of what we take for granted in Australia falls apart, while we are certainly not anti tax here at Pizza and Property we are 100% anti having extra taxes thrown at us as property investors.

There seems to be this common theme that all property investors are just mega rich people that can absorb all new charges thrown at them, which couldn’t be further from the truth. Most property investors are mums and dads trying to do the right thing and set up for retirement without relying on the government but more taxes like this being proposed have a very real possibility of just detering new investors from even starting or a lot of investors from even entering the Queensland property market. We speak with Scott Aggett about his take on this new proposed tax to find out, is it likely to get passed? What would it mean for most property investors if it does? And more.
