This might be the best or worst episode we’ve ever produced… You can be the judge. Allow me to explain: Mike Mortlock and I have known each other for years but finally met face to face a few weeks ago. Naturally we went out for a pizza and talked about property.
We realised that between us we had interviewed well over 400 of Australia’s top property investors. We started talking about what all the top investors had in common and what they used to build their portfolios. Around this time it was time for dessert, which made us think up the episode you’re about to listen to, What if property investing could be explained using the metaphor of baking a cake?
We drove back to the studio and quickly double checked with my fiancè Bianca about what goes in a cake.
